Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Promotion is open on February 4, 2012 at 12:00am (Eastern US) and will close on March 2, 2012 at 11:59pm (Eastern US).
3. One (1) entry per person per day during the promotion period. Maximum number of entries per person cannot exceed 25 during the promotion. The following rules must be observed:
1. Each day during the promotion, a phrase will be posted to the TradeWind Productions Facebook and Twitter accounts some time between 12:01am (Eastern US) and 1:00pm (Eastern US).
2. Check the TradeWind Productions Facebook page or Twitter feed each day during the promotion to see the phrase for that day.
3. Send an e-mail to promo@tradewindproductions.com before 11:59pm (Eastern US) on the same day with the phrase of the day in your SUBJECT line.
4. Prizes include:

5. Depending upon total number of unique entrants and the eligibility of each entrant to enter the contest, not all prizes may be disbursed.

7. Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Participants are providing information to TradeWind Productions, LLC and not to Facebook or Twitter.
8. All personal information submitted as part of this promotion is retained by TradeWind Productions, LLC solely for the purposes of conducting this promotion and ordinary business of the company. Participatn information will not be redistributed to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
9. Any individual who has performed services for TradeWind Productions, LLC in the 12 month period prior to the beginning of this promotion (for example, employees, independent contractors and interns and vendors and distributors and their employees and agents), and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to receive any physical or cash-value prizes as a result of participation in this promotion. However, all participants, regardless of previous business or family relationship, are eligible to receive the 15% discount on a TradeWind Productions service for participation in this promotion.
10. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
11. Random drawing from all eligible entries will be held on or before March 7, 2012. Winners will be notified via the contact information they provide at the time of their most recent entry. Winners are resposible for providing accurate delivery information for any prizes awarded.
12. All prizes must be claimed no later than March 21, 2012 at 11:59pm (Eastern US). Any prizes that are unclaimed by the winner as of March 31, 2012 at 11:59pm (Eastern US) will become the property of TradeWind Productions, LLC. The sole exception to this rule is the 15% discount on a TradeWind Productions service, which must be claimed no later than May 30, 2012.
13. Any and all taxes and tax reporting related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
14. TradeWind Productions, LLC reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time prior to awarding the prizes. TradeWind Productions, LLC also reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. TradeWind Productions, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry if, in its discretion, TradeWind Productions, LLC determines that said entry has violated the terms and conditions of this promotion. In particular, TradeWind Productions, LLC will disqualify entries that contains vulgar language, derogatory statements or negative portryals of TradeWind Productions, LLC, or derogatory statements or negative portrayals of any business or individual associated with TradeWind Productions, LLC.
